Our environ is Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. &nbsp;We have a user who wishes to post an item to two or more calendars at one time. &nbsp;I thought of a meeting request, but was wondering if there was a way to post to multiple calendars with one posting or must I make an entry on each separate calendar?

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note-taker, journal, and web browser.
