Our environ is Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.  We have a user who wishes to post an item to two or more calendars at one time.  I thought of a meeting request, but was wondering if there was a way to post to multiple calendars with one posting or must I make an entry on each separate calendar?

Hi, crp0499.

Outlook has no built-in means of doing this.  You'll need a 3rd party app or some custom scripting to accomplish it.
