The Postmaster mailbox is at 16 gig and I can not access the mailbox.

I have tried using OWA, Outlook 2003, 2007, they results come back as invalid password.
I have created a new profile on a domain system and authenticated with out issue.  When I try and access the mailbox by creating an account I keep getting invalid password.  What am I missing?

Did you create a postmaster account in your AD?

Yes, I was albe to get to using a Domain Admin Account.  Thanks
