I have a user who has been given the task to manage 5 different calendars.  Is there a limit in outlook on how many calendars that can be managed by one person?  I was told that there was a limitation of 2.  Is that true?  if anyone knows the answer please attach related article.

Hey

Assuming you are talking about shared calendars on an exchange server...

No Limit as far as I know (Well, definately not 2...)
I have a client that manages about 10 Calendar for all the people in the office...

Yes, I am referring to shared Calendars on exchange.  Your client that manages 10 calendars is that person also able to create and accept meetings with no issues?

Yes they can

The most important thing that controls this is the permissions of the other calendars.

IF the permissions is set up properly by the owner of the calendar (or from within ADUC) the secretary can create/add/edit/delete etc
