In Outlook go to File>Page Setup>Define Print Styles>Table>Edit
GO to Header/Footer Tab>uner Footer there should be three boxes in which may have the User Name, Page, and or date. Remove the date and select okay.

The do the same for Memo Style:

In Outlook go to File>Page Setup>Define Print Styles>Memo>Edit
GO to Header/Footer Tab>under Footer there should be three boxes in which may have the User Name, Page, and or date. Remove the date and select okay.
