I have a client who, when opening emails with a website link, the website won't launch. He always gets about blank launched. This happens with all links. I'm currently running a detect and repair on it and believe it had said that a cab file was missing, I've inserted a office 2003 cd to pick this up. <br />
I've changed the home page so the home page now gets launched when trying to open these hyperlinks. <br />
Is there a list of things you can email me to try please. Using IE7 on XP machine. outlook has SP3. Messages are composed using HTML. IE works normal when accessing websites - only happens via email links. <br />
