I am not able to restart the service

sudo service network restart

please find error

 sudo service network restart
sudo: service: command not found

Moreover i have the problem with

sudo ifconfig
sudo: ifconfig: command not found

Give Complete absolute path like
sudo /sbin/ifconfig
sudo /sbin/service network restart

If you are not sure where the command is located use command called
which <command name>
[user1@test04 ~]$ which service
/sbin/service
