So i'm new to eclipse and java, but have managed to get some simple stuff working, and then all of a sudden - i hit F11 in debug mode to step through my app and nothing happens - i just get the message displayed in the attached file.

I am completely at a loss!! I have started again and created a new project, but the same thing still happens.

What have i done & how to i correct it?
