Everytime I go offline with the Outlook Client  - Outlook Version 2007 on Windows XP - the outlook is crashing completly and restarting.
The bug report only says that there is a problem in the kernel32.
The point when it crashes can be reproduced: First the normal sync window starts and finishes without an error - then after closing the next window wants to sync contacts with outlook. After a few secs depending on the amount of contacts the outlook clients crashes.

Any ideas? I allready deactivated all add ins.

Thanks

Hi Plastikboot,

This is most probably due to a bug in CRM 4.0 where Outlook crashes when syncing if you have Contacts in CRM with a anniversary or birthday prior to 1 Jan 1970. There is a hotfix to rectify this problem available here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948045/en-us
