Is there a way to block a certain phone number from coming into our call system?

If is telemarketers that you trying to block here is a page, that has the same issue

Also, you can report their numbers if they are annoying you to https://www.donotcall.gov and they'll take care of them.

Our VOIP provider is the local Embarq telephone.  WOuld they be able to block this phone number?  I don't have the full story on the number yet, but I think it has to do with an employees former spouse.
