we want to customize IE7 for all of our users.  right now everyone that logs onto the domain has to setup IE7 every time a new user logs on.  is there anyway to already have IE7 setup before everyone logs on???

i downloaded the ieak.msi and that does not seem to be the answer

Yup.

You need to download the IE7 adm files and add them into Group Policy in the normal manner.  Link here:
