Linking to Outlook Tables - MAPI Profile

The wizard for linking to Outlook tables includes the following checkbox: "I would like the wizard to store my MAPI profile name with my linked table."

What is the effect/ consequences of checking/ not checking this checkbox?

In outlook, you may have more than one profile on the same machine.
If the settings is to ask for the profile when starting, then you will be prompted to select the profile to use.

Saving the profile name with the linked table allows the use of the desired profile associated with the table.
