Which template are you using?

Joomla isn't my expertise but I know of no way to do this but manually changing the template.  You should be able to do it that way.  The specifics will depend on the template you use and it may not be easy.  Since articles are even truncated (in some screens) you may have to use caution so this doesn't make the info disappear or affect other parts of the page.

My first suggestion if you don't like the look, especially if there are other things you would change, is look at other premade Joomla templates.  If you can find one with the look you want then you just change to use it, at least for the pages you want.

If this was just a question for an easy way to change this then the answer is There isn't.

Let me know how this helps or what questions you have.

Go to the Template Manager (should appear under Extensions) and you should see your template listed.  Click on the link at the template name and you should see a new page.  A Template Edit page.  At the top, right you will see options for Edit HTML and Edit CSS.  I don't know how the layout is done but you may need to change HTML instead of CSS or even both for what you want.

Let me know if you don't see the options.  Since that is a less common theme you may need to contact the developer of it for help making the modifications, especially if your license or terms of use prohibit you changing it or posting the contents (so we could change it).
