Group Policy settings for IE: "Access Data Sources Across Domains"

We are running Windows SBS 2K3 with Group Policies enabled.  We have 5 PCs in the office for use by 25 agents. Agent profiles are "Standard Users" not local admins. Roaming profiles are active. We upgraded to a new internet based resource and need open a few IE security settings for trusted sites. See the attached pic.

Where do I find the group policy settings for these items?
Access Data Sources Across Domains
ActiveX Controls
