Blackberry Message Content Suppressed

I wiped the blackberry handheld and now all mail message content seems to be suppressed.  I must select More to see the detail. Any way to turn this suppression off.

Please verify that the auto more function is enabled.
When you open your messages, goto the options, then select general options.
Here verify that the auto more function is set to yes.

Auto more function was set to yes - problem still occurs.

change it to no, exit the menu and change it back to yes.
This sometimes does the trick
