User has Outlook 2007 on WinXP SP2 and all is well except.. when she creates a new appointment and schedules a reminder for it, she gets the reminder as expected, but it has 2 entries for the same reminder. &nbsp;To clarify, only one reminder dialog box opens, but the reminder info is given twice... see the attachment for pic. &nbsp;If you click on each and open the item, it appears to be the same reminder and they are identical. &nbsp;She only uses one calendar and the appointment is made and reminder received on the same machine - all local application, and just Outlook - no 3rd party software interacting with Outlook. &nbsp;Can't find any settings that would prevent this -- or allow it for that matter... doesn't seem possible or logical, as if it's a bug in the software. &nbsp;Any ideas on how I can remedy this? &nbsp;Thanks.<br />
