In Visual Studio 2008 VB.net how to Add User Control Into Toolbox?

I want to know how to add UserControls into Toolbox from Visual Studio 2008 (VB.net) ?

I cannot see if it as attachements or pictures using QuickEE. Is there any way to see it ?

Yep. Go to Tools > Options > Questions and enable "Read Expert Skin". You'll also need to enable General > Show Image Thumbnails.

This project is just upgraded from VB6 to VB.net
I still havn't build the solution.
Are you means after builded the solution, I should able to choose user controls from right click on the toolbar, select Choose Items and then in the .Net Framework, is it?
