Uninstalling Scanrouter V2 and the password is lost.
We have ScanRouterV2 Lite on our server, and a previous IT department employee had set the passwords and didn't tell anyone what they were. We are trying to uninstall ScanRouterV2 Lite and from a previous question we were able to reset the administration utility password. However the server password is still unknown, and the program can't be uninstalled without it. Does anyone know of a way to reset the server password?

It is running as a service.
We need the password for the server, we've already reset the admin password for logging into scanrouter. After on logs into scanrouter it asks for second password, with just a text box for a password, and no user name.

Does anyone know how to change the temporary folder for RDS? ...the drive I have the application installed on is running tight on space. We already deliver scans to a different drive, but apparently RDS needs some type of working space before it moves the file to a different drive
Is it running as a service, or at start up?
If the first, change the password in the service manager
If the second, logging in as a different (administrator level) user will give you the opportunity to enter a new username and password.
