redirect site using application.cfc

We are on an IIS webserver and need to redirect urls that come in from http://yoursite.com to http://www.yoursite.com. Our Active Directory domain name is also yoursite.com.  Our DNS entries for yoursite.com are pointing to our Active Directory Controllers. Is there something in the application.cfc file we can do to get around this so end users typing in http://yoursite.com will automatically get redirected to http://www.yoursite.com. We need this for Web Analytic purposes.
