I have a problem with an Admin assistant who see's shared calendars from the people she supports. She has editor rights on all the calendars she views and the mailboxes are added to her profile so that they're always visible.
The problem is that the 7/9 show up double when you go into calendar view. So that in the list you see... Calendar - Mailbox - user1, Calendar - Mailbox - user1, etc.
I've recreated her Outlook profile which helps only the first time you're in the calendar view (when it looks normal) then closing and reopening outlook the view has multiple calendars. I went as far as to recreate her whole profile on the PC, by deleting her old nt profile, and the same thing happens - first time its fine, after that, multiples show up.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix?
