Group Policy for WSUS not applying?

Hello Experts;

I've setup a couple of SBS2003 systems in the last week, and for some reason I can't get my WSUS Policy to roll out to the desktops.

I have followed the instructions to the letter but no joy. On the client machines, GPRESULT suggests the policy has applied, but GPEDIT shows that none of the settings are in effect.

Group Policy was applied from:      apexserver.apex.local
Group Policy slow link threshold:   500 kbps

    Applied Group Policy Objects
        Small Business Server Windows Firewall
        Small Business Server Client Computer
Small Business Server Remote Assistance Policy
        Small Business Server Lockout Policy
Small Business Server Domain Password Policy
        Default Domain Policy
WSUS Policy     <----- THERE IT IS! :-)

The following GPOs were not applied because they were filtered out
Small Business Server Internet Connection Firewall
            Filtering:  Denied (WMI Filter)
            WMI Filter: PreSP2

        Desktop Redirection
            Filtering:  Not Applied (Empty)

        Local Group Policy
            Filtering:  Not Applied (Empty)

The computer is a part of the following security groups:
        NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users
        Domain Computers

Any idea what I have done wrong? I went to the group policy area of server management and right clicked and "create and link a GPO here", then named it WSUS Policy, then edited it and changed the relevant settings, but none of them come across.

Hope someone can shed some light and educate me, its so frustrating!
