COMPUTER DOES NOT TURN ON.

My Computer won't turn on or start up but the CPU fan is running along with the power supply fan and
the voltages are ok measured at harddrive and on mobo. The 12 volts was a little low = 11.72 volts, all
the others including the cmos were in spec. When I power on the fans come on but there is no POST,
no BIOS screen, no beeps and no video. I already unpowered all the drives, removed RAM and ATI tuner card, none of it mattered. Is the processor or the mother board dead? It is only 1.5 years old!

Any help greatly appreciated,
Tony

Thanks, that was what I was afraid of, seems odd though to self-destruct shortly after the warranty period expired. I checked some forums looks like it may be a common problem with Gateway Media Center Systems. Any more info along those lines?

Thanks again,Tony

I think it's strange with the KTBC51GLF motherboard that it says Pentium IV on it when it's an AMD 64
