Cisco VPN Client and VPN Question

I have a main VPN site where all the servers are located.  We have managed routers at the moment and ASA's which I have direct access to.  We have about 6 different locations that all VPN to the main VPN site.  When I use the Cisco VPN Client (Version 5.x) and VPN to the main site I cannot access any of the other locations unless I Remote Desktop from the server to that site.  I'm curious if its possible to VPN to the main site and be able to access all the location without Remote Desktop.  All the sites belong to the same domain (Windows 2003).  If you need example configs of the ASA please let me know.  Another note we do use the ASA's for gateways at every site and every site also uses a managed router which I do not have access to at the moment.  I could get into them through a console cable if needed, but we lease the routers from our ISP and I currently do not have direct access to these routers.  I'm new to the company and would appreciate some help.
