Setup "Roaming Profile" for outlook accounts

I have been trying to discover a methodology for setting up a roaming profile for users that also includes their outlook settings, in order to allow users to truly hotdesk in their building.
To date have not found anything apart from the following link, which seems to be a fairly long winded process of moving registry keys for each user into a server folder and adding this into the profile.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/167397

I was hoping there was a more straightforward way of doing this, either through group policy or an application of some sort.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
Have taken a quick look at both of those URLs and the RichProfile may do what I need.

The outcome I am trying to achieve is that when a domain user logs onto a "spare" PC/Laptop (in the event of failure to their original PC) the server carries across that users roaming profile, so they are quite happy they have their internet favourites and desktop shortcuts etc.

The one huge snag is that when they open outlook, they are then prompted to setup a mail account. This is the process I want to automate, so that they can just open outlook and it contains their profile settings.
Thanks again in advance for any assistance.
