Old password still active

Hi all,

I,ve changed a user's password in active directory, the new password is working fine, but the weired thing is that he still can use the old password to login on his workstation, even on another workstation he can use two passwords the old and the new one !!!!
What causes this and how can I solve it???
Thanks

Sounds like the password change is not replicated to all of your domain controllers.  Use active directory sites and services to force the replication.
