How can I change the order of the folder list in Outlook
I have rebuilt a users profile and they have a mailbox, archive and several group mailboxes. How can I set up the folder list so their mailbox is at the top. At the moment it is alphabetical

you'll have to rename it - outlook puts the non-default folder sets in
alphabetical order

So I have to rename archive, mailbox, public folders and personal folders to
1) Mailbox
2) Personal folders
3) Archive folders
4) Public folders
or something similar that is alphabetical or numerical?

You can only rename self-created/custom folders. You cannot rename default folders -> Inbox, Deleted, Sent, Public, &Â Archive are all default folders that cannot be renamed.

I thought that may be the case, it's just annoying because the users mailbox is at the bottom.
