ExMerge exporting corrupted PST for specific mailbox

I am trying to export a mailbox to a PST with ExMerge but each time I do I am unable to load the PST into Outlook. When I try running SCANPST on it, I get an error that it doesn't even finish. I have attached the error log. It looks pretty hosed, yet the user is having no problems reading email, and I have no problems opening her mailbox - any ideas?

Hello ob1_,

What version of Outlook are you using?  If Outlook 2002 or before, PST file limit Outlook can accept is 2 GB.  The mailbox may be greater than 2 GB.

Run ExMerge again on the mailbox with all antivirus and security programs turned off.

So I should turn Symantec off on the server when I run ExMerge?

Temporarily disable Symantec antivirus and other antispyware proogram when you run ExMerge.
