user cant remote to PC using RWW after Cisco ASA 5505 install

I have a user who cant remote to a PC at our central site that she used to be able to remote to before we installed a Cisco ASA 5505 at the central site.  She opens Remote We Workplace, enters her credentials, get the RWW main page, clicks connect to client desktops, gets the list of clients, picks the one she used to be able to connect to, it tries to connect, waits about 20-60 sec and then gives the error " unable to coneect (for 4 or 5 generic reasons)"

She was able to connect before the ASA was installed.

Could/should I put a security policy in the ASA allowing her ip into the firewall?  With what service, I think RWW uses port 4125.

Or is it an administration settign in RWW that Im missing?

OR...???

RWW does use port 4125 just forward that to your server from your router if you haven't already.

From my understand the Administration that needs to be done for RWW is to add the Remote Web Workpalce Users security group.  Then go on to the machine that the user is attempting to right-click my computer hit the Remote tab and add them as a Remote User.

She is using Firefox is she?  I had trouble getting Firefox to work with RWW, I read somewhere that is isn't compatible, also, she did install ActiveX right?

thx, do you add the RWW security group to the remote PC or the users PC or both?
RWW security group is only added the user(s) account that you want to have access using RWW.  The only thing you add on the user's PC is the users windows account that they use to login with.

Right-click My Computer and clikc properties
Click the Remote Tab
Under the Remote Desktop ensure Allows users to connect remotely is checked
Click select remote users
Click add
Under Locations list your domain and select the user account(s) you wish to add.

Hope this helps
Ok, verified all and all is set up just as explained.

User is in the sec group and PC has them allowed to remote (they had been able to connect before too so settings should be expected to be correct)

The tech before me mentioned to this company before he left that when the ASA  got installed, he was going to disable remote conection with RWW.  I cant find a setting that would do that.  Could he have done that in the firewall?  She log in ti RWW but cant remote to any client desktop.

That old tech set up VPN's for everyone except this office because management doesnt want this office to have vpn, but wants to allow them to continue to use RWW to conect to this PC. (stupid I know, but she has her reasons).

I get the same error when I try to RWW to it as well.
