Hi
We have an HP Proliant ML350 G3 server running SBS2003

The motherboard was replaced earlier - when we rebooted and logged we got the "new hardware" found message and it's looking for a driver. if i look in Device Manager there are two devices listed with problems - both are "PCI Memory Controller"

There aren't any new devices - there are four PCI cards installed - all were installed before the motherboard was swapped. This was done by an HP engineer with a like-for-like part with same serial number.

I've tried the option to automatically find the drivers but it doesn't find anything.

I've looked on the HP site for ML350 G3 device drivers but nothing is listed.

Any suggestions?

Hi- thanks for the speedy repsonse.

I've tried pointing it at C:\windows\inf and it still doesn't find it.

Any other thoughts or can I give it a bit more help finding it. As there is nothing it must have the drivers.
we did have to move the ILO card into a different pci slot - is it likely to be this one?

Thanks again

You may also want to download and run System Information for Windows from

http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html

And check what motherboard chipset the server is built on.  If it's an Intel chipset, once you know what it is you may be able to get the drivers from Intel's website.
