Input Queue

On a newly installed T3 circuit I am seeing a bunch of drops in the input queue. Line seems to be running clean and the circuit isnt even being used to a 1/4 of its capacity as of yet. Note this is a frac T3 (12mb)..
here is a show int of the serial int...Any idea why im getting these drops?
