Hello All,

I currently have a rule setup which appends a disclaimer to each email sent out from the company. I have been recieving complaints from my users that they are getting odd charachters in thier outlook when reading email sent to them by other members of the organizations. When I checked it out it looks like the message is displaying the HTML code of the disclaimer and adding a box in between each letter. D[]I[]S[]C][]L[]A[]I[]M[]E[]R[] like so.

Any ideas?
