Determine user's group memebership using VB Script

Microsoft IIS Web Server.NET ProgrammingVB Script

I am attempting to use a VB Script to determine an intranet user's login id and see if the user is a member of the PilotUsers Active Directory group.

This is for an intranet site running on IIS 6.

I've been googling on this for several hours and keep finding VB code that will do this with a number of server configurations, etc but I can't find any VB SCRIPT that can do it.  I have found references to the IsUserInRole command (Both User.IsUserInRole and Roles.IsUserInRole) but neither seem to work as the page says it does not know User/Roles

Is this something simply outside of the realm of VB Script, or can someone point me in the right direction?
