I have a number of Win2003 Domain Controllers on vmware that are only to be used in a DR scenario.  I want to keep them up-to-date with the primary DC but I dont want any users authenticating to them unless it is a real DR situation.  The DR DCs are in a differerent location to the production DCs.

Any ideas how to set this up would be appreciated.
