Craig's list says my rDNS is misconfigured, DNSReport says it's not

I just had an email to Craig's list bounce back to me saying that my reverse DNS is misconfigured, although it looks fine to me. I use DNSReports, which reports everything is fine. I have public IPs and reverse DNS delegated to my NS, the only thing I see as abnormal is that DNSReport shows the following:

OK. The IPs of all of your mail server(s) have reverse DNS (PTR) entries. RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry. So I'm wondering if Charter is tacking something extra on, or has something misconfigured on their end?
