Active sync on the mobile device gives me this error msg:

when I go to the OMA, the server says this in the event log:

Error Codes: 0x850200xx and 0x80072Exx
"Cause: Network/radio issues.
"Solution: Adjust radio coverage. Turn the device's radio off, and then turn it back on.

Where and how does one do this on windows mobile 5.0 on a qtek 9100?

Found out about the radio, but that didnt help. Any other suggestions?

ok, the issue is as follows: I cannot enter the oma using http. I have to use https. Then I can access OMA from anywhere.
But, when I try active sync on the smart phone, it still gives me 0X80072EE4. It does noe stop the syncronizing right away, but tries and tries.

ANy pointers?

The PDA just says syncronizing a long time, before it says waiting for network, and on the status it says 0X80072EE4 and this:
The server could not be reached. This can be caused by temporary network conditions.
