How do I recover a deleted mailbox

I am decommissioning and Exchange 2007 SP1 server. There was one mailbox left which I removed. I removed both the user account and mailbox using the Remove command in the Exchange Console. Just for yucks, I wanted to see if the mailbox showed up in the disconnected mailbox node as if I was going to reconnect it. It did not show up. I rebooted the server. Still no mailbox. I let it sit over night. Still nothing. Now if I wanted to recover this mailbox, what am I supposed to do? The Store is configured to keep deleted mailboxes for 30 days. How do I get it to show up in the disconnected mailbox container?
