Eseutil offline defrag -- Copy database to different PC first?

Description:
I have an Exchange Server with 1 mailbox store.  The mailbox store is 12.5 GB is size and the online defrag is reporting 5.2 GB of that is white space.  The drive that it is on only has 3.8 GB of space left and I need to do an offline defrag.  I have never done this before.

Question:
If I dismount the exchange store can I then copy the files over the network to another computer and do the defrag on that PC and then copy them back?  I know there is a switch to push the defrag to a different drive but that makes me nervous and the server isn't really that fast.

What all would I need to put on the other machine (my workstation) in order to do this as well.  Just the ESEUTIL?
