Blacberry server is not sending/ recieving emails. Looks like a problem between the blackberry manager and domino

Last Modified: 2013-11-16
We has a problem today with an Admin deleting a group of computers in AD.  To fix the problem I moved the bes server out the domain and added it back in.  This worked and alloweed me to connect to the network.

The problem I'm having is within the blackberry manager I can see lots of email pending.  If I Resend the IT Policy it connects to the device in the contact time field.  But the email just won't send.  Looking at the Domino server now and again I get an error "Connection attepmt with localhost failed".  The local SQL database looks like its running ok.

Looking at event viewer I have lots of errors:

Event ID 7031
The Blackberry Dispatcher service terminated unexpectedley.  It has done this 10times.  The following corrective actions will be taken in 0 milliseconds.  No action.

Event ID 7013
Logon attempt with current password failed with the following error:  Logon faile: unknown uername or bad password.

However I can log into the blackberry manager ok.

Any help would be great.
