xml to pdf fields

Hello everyone I have a quick question I have an Adobe PDF file its a generic mailer, I placed a few fields onto the file and tryin to load those fields using an xml or csv file. This is what I have so far I do an import data and it grabs the xml data (the id's match the adobe fields so that works well) but it goes to the last "record set". I need to be able to have it read the first set and print it or pause so i can print it then move to the next. Can I do it this way just using adobe?

You have all your records in the XML? Are you using an AcroForm, or a form created in Designer?

I have never heard of AcroForm but I am downloading it now :) to try it out my knowledge in Acrobat is very limited.
There is nothing to download - AcroForms are the forms that you create in Acrobat Pro. How did you create your form?
this form was handed to me so I really dont know how it was created, with the request of using an exported data file (from the database which I can do in any format needed) to fill in a persons name address city state and zip for mailing purposes. So I dropped on the form text fields and then imported the data to the form (from the data file and matched the text field names), but it reads straight through the data file to the last record, I need it to read the first record and print ,then the next record and print, and so on.

How did you "dropped on the form text fields"? Which tool did you  use?
the text field tool
