Scrolling a text box on a form using VBA

The TextBox control in an MS Access form can have a scrollbar but does not recognize the mouse wheel for scrolling. I would like to scroll with the ctl-Up/ctl-Down keys, but can't find anything in the object members related to this. The solution is probably obvious, but most of my prior experience has been with assembly language.
