I have two datasets
 System.Data.DataSet DSSalesGrades = new DataSet();
 System.Data.DataSet DSGradeItems = new DataSet();
for using the  grade_code_dtl_id in both tables I need to merge the dataset salesgrades

You can see what I mean by the images attached.
I can use the datarow.

// First we will write the headers.
            InitialPriceReporting.InitialPriceReportingServiceWS.InitialPriceReportingService WS = new InitialPriceReporting.InitialPriceReportingServiceWS.InitialPriceReportingService();
            WS.Credentials = System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials;
            DSSalesGrades = WS.GetSalesGrades(_priceListHeaderID, ref Status);

            DataTable dt = DSSalesGrades.Tables[0];

            int iColCount = dt.Columns.Count;

            try
            {

                foreach (DataRow dr in dt.Rows)
                {
                    if (filepart == null || filepart != dr.ItemArray[1].ToString())
                    {
                        ProduceHeaderofNewSpreadSheet(dr.ItemArray[1].ToString(), ref count, ref sheetIndex);    // Set the proper grade code.
                        filepart = dr.ItemArray[1].ToString();

                    }
                    DSGradeItems = WS.GetGradeItems(Int32.Parse(dr.ItemArray[0].ToString()), ref Status);

                    // Set Primary KEy on DataTable.

                    dt.PrimaryKey = new DataColumn[] { dt.Columns["GRADE_CODE_DTL_ID"] };

                    OutPutDataSetToSpreadSheet(_priceListHeaderID, DSGradeItems, dr, count, filepart); // Process one row
                    count++;
                }
            }

DataColumn column;
                    DataTable dtclone = dt.Clone();
                    //DataRow row = dtclone.NewRow();
                    // Create second column.
                    column = new DataColumn();
                    column.DataType = Type.GetType("System.Int32");
                    column.ColumnName = "STRAIGHT";
                    dtclone.Columns.Add(column);

                    column = new DataColumn();
                    column.DataType = Type.GetType("System.Int32");
                    column.ColumnName = "TOUGH";
                    dtclone.Columns.Add(column);

                    column = new DataColumn();
                    column.DataType = Type.GetType("System.Int32");
                    column.ColumnName = "STONE";
                    dtclone.Columns.Add(column);

                    column = new DataColumn();
                    column.DataType = Type.GetType("System.Int32");
                    column.ColumnName = "TOUGH_STONE";
                    dtclone.Columns.Add(column);

                    column = new DataColumn();
                    column.DataType = Type.GetType("System.Int32");
                    column.ColumnName = "DAMP_STONE";
                    dtclone.Columns.Add(column);
