I want to setup an exchange 2007 server. My active directory domain is anet.ca and my email domain is a.com. I know we absolutely need to join the Exchange server to the domain as a DC.  Is this a common setup or am i going to run into difficulties while seting up the Exchange server?.  Am i better off setting up a completely new AD as a.com and have every FSMO roles on this single server domain?

Thanks for any inputs.
