Hi, we have a share on a server called "work" (mapped as W:) where shared company files stay.  All users are mapped to this share and all have access to these files.  Two users (2 / 25 total) have an issue with accessing the files.  as an example, if they click on a word document on the W:, instead of opening the file in Word, the system just sits there for a long time doing nothing until it times out and stops trying.  This only happens randomly, and only happens to two users.  The server is Server2k3 sp2 and the workstations are XP Pro sp3.  Any ideas?  thank you!
