Event ID 13508 NTFRS is showing up

I have three computers setup to do NTFRS on the network.  Two of them are still on the network but the other got removed and now I get NTFRS error 13508 in the file replication log in event viewer.  I need to know how to turn the subscription off to that one without taking the network down.  I have tried finding information on how to correct this but all of them talk about getting it resynced but there is nothing to sync back with.  Please help.

Sounds like you are in Journal Wrap:

Try the D2 method of restoring file replications. D4 is more of an authoritative restore.

I am still getting the error. The server that is no longer in use still has a ntfrs subscription.  Is there a way to remove subscription?
