Hi experts,

Here is a good question for you.....
I work for a company where security is very critical. Mailboxes of all users are backed up each night using NTBACKUP(BackupAssist) and the backups are kept for a 90 day period. Recently we ran into a situation where an employee left and got rid of all his emails.
Since we had a 30 day period setup on exchange we could perform a recovery of the emails, however since he used to archive his emails so often that we managed to recover only a month's worth of emails.
For future this is what I want to do -

1. Seup a folder redirection policy on "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data" folder so all the archived emails are backed up as well.

Can someone give me suggestions on how to setup folder redirection policy for the "Application Data" folder, mentioned above??

This is not a possibility for us as we are looking at more than 250 computers...?
Also, We do not want to tell users where the pst files will reside

on an average how big are the PST?

and also if its 250 Systems your can still try a login script, that would do your mapping & migration, but could take time to get that to a perfect shape to do it whithout your interferance.

Can range anywhere from 300MB - 4 GB.
Also I do not really want to try what you are suggesting. I am wondering if someone knows how to make an Administrative Template or something to be able to do this......
