CMS that outputs shtml
Can you recommend me an Open Source Content Management System that outputs shtml?
Also what are the requirements of the server? Do i need to have a MYSQL database and PHP support?
I'm using Joomla right now but is for developing more sophisticate CMS websites. I want a CMS that i can develop websites with basic needs. The CMS should be built in such a way that we can easily beautify the website.
We should be able to host the website created using the new CMS on a Linux machine.

opensourcecms.com indeed is a time worth resource but you should better to see CMS that is proven to work and that is known to community so you'll find help as you need it.
You may find useful to visit http://freshmeat.net site, get account there (when you login you can use more powerful search) and see what can fits your need.
