Have you tried another fan?
Have you checked for voltage on the fan power pins? (Multimeter)
Is this a 2-pin, 3-pin, or 4-pin fan connector?

4-pin is like to a Hard/CD drive.
2-pin is +12v and ground.
3-pin has +12v, ground, and a speed sensor.

Cpu fan and chassis fan are running well when I but them on another voltage source.
It is a 3-pins connector and I have checked it (red and black wire) for power = 4,4 volts!
BIOS is set to and stops the PC when CPU is om 94 degrees.
I havnt tried to reset BIOS - I cant find the jumbers to short-circuit - because I dont have a map of my motherboard (I dont know its name - in a Acer Power F1b.
