Dreamweaver Images folder refuse to be upload,Web pages appear blanks.

Hello anyone that reading this.
I just tryed upload several files to my webpages,The HLTM files where go though smoothly (thanks Jason1178 for help me out),But then I encountered 1 error mesg:
/images - error occurred - Unable to create remote folder /images.  Access denied.  The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem.   Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.
Well Now my site are appear to be..Blanks,Nothing in there,Idk what I did wrong but images folder doesnt go though,Wich I might think it cause my site to be blank white.
BY THE WAY I have a verry ugrent question...
IF the image folder go though,will it replace/overwrite the exiting default templates my host master tool provide,or is my site blank because I have to get rid of these exitsting folder are currently on my site right now?

what webhost are you uploading the image folder to? There may be permission problems that you have to sort out.
FIles will be overwritten if they have the same name and are placed in the same folder.
