Firefox is not supported by Siebel 7.5. &nbsp;Support for Firefox was added somewhere in 7.8, but only then for Standard Interactivity.<br />

Siebel's High Interactivity model is tied in too tightly with IE (via ActiveX controls) to work properly with any other browser. &nbsp;I don't expect Firefox to ever be fully supported by Siebel.<br />

Even after IE Plugin for FireFox, Siebel will not be fully functional. Try to open a PickApplet or MVG, if will get crashed. I tired the same but reverted back to IE because of this.<br />

I am not able to use the Siebel in Firefox... I love to use firefox... it works like charm in IE and however firefox it won't. Do I need to install some add-on pack in firefox to work...<br />
