Installing the Microsoft Sysprep Tools in Virtual Center

I've followed basic procedures to put sysprep files on our Virtual Center machine.
I'm creating a 64-Bit Windows 2003 R2 Template, and have intalled the OS onto a virtual machine (before conversion to template), but cannnot see the sysprep tools on the newly created server in the folder..ALLUSERS\Application Data\Vmware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep\svr2003-64
Not sure whether this should appear automatically once the files are on the virtaul center..
In a previous 32-bit template set up by a colleague, any machine deployed form the template would have the files located in the above directory
Have I missed a step in the process..?
Thanks,
