Jumbo frames are a MTU (Maximum Transfer Unit) of 9000, if you do not have the option in the interfaces Configure->Advanced for a MTU, you can edit the registry;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\
Edit->New, DWORD Value, MTU
Edit->Modify, 9000
